Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must generally meet the following conditions:
- Returned within thirty days of delivery.
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Free from odors, makeup, perfumes, or any signs of use or alteration.
Certain categories such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return; specific exclusions will be indicated on the product page.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you have proof of dispatch and can monitor delivery to our returns facility.

Exchanges
We do not provide direct size exchanges by default. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired size or style and follow the return process for the original item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Partial Refunds and Deductions
Partial refunds may apply where items show signs of use or are returned without all original accessories. We will inform you should any deductions be necessary and explain the rationale clearly.
