Order Processing
After an order is placed, our fulfillment team carefully inspects each item, prepares appropriate packaging, and schedules the shipment. Processing generally begins immediately upon confirmation of payment and address details; typical handling time before dispatch ranges from two to five business days. During seasons of high demand or for items that require additional finishing touches, processing may take slightly longer; we work diligently to keep any delay as brief as possible.
Shipping Methods & Options
We offer a selection of shipping methods at checkout, including standard and expedited services. Available carriers and estimated transit times depend on the delivery region and are made visible during checkout so you can select the option that best fits your needs. If multiple items are ordered, they may ship separately if they are located in different fulfillment centers; in that case, you will receive individual tracking updates for each parcel.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time varies with destination and the shipping option selected. As a general guideline:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within approximately eight to fifteen business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within approximately five to ten business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, local carrier procedures, or weather-related delays. We provide tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its progress closely.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected delivery method. From time to time we may offer complimentary shipping promotions for eligible orders or during select campaigns; these offers are presented clearly on the site and applied automatically when conditions are met.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international shipments, recipients may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Qiabelle cannot predict or cover customs fees and we recommend customers check local regulations prior to ordering.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase. If you discover an error after ordering, contact our support team promptly with your order number and the corrected details. While we will make every effort to update an address before dispatch, changes cannot always be accommodated once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping pipeline.
Package Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. It may take up to two business days for tracking details to update in the carrier system. If tracking information does not appear within this time, please contact our customer care team and we will assist you.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Although we carefully prepare and inspect orders, parcels may occasionally be lost or damaged in transit. If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the damage when applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a suitable resolution, such as replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
